The sandwich that started it all

I recently sent a picture message of the above sandwich to Dylan. My phone camera doesn't really do it justice. Unfortunately I can't remember the details of this sandwich. Most important were the pastrami and goat's milk gouda. It was paired with a Newcastle Brown Ale.

I realized that I wanted to share my love of sandwiches with the world. While eating another successful sandwich today (see next post) I talked my ideas through with Hilary and thus began this blog.
