BLT Egg & Cheese


This might be my favorite sandwich. Fried egg, gouda, applewood smoked bacon, romaine, vine tomato, purple onion, homemade rosemary garlic mayo on tuscan whole wheat bread. Quite simply sandwich perfection. The chemistry between the greasy bacon and egg with the lettuce, tomato, and onion is something that I've rarely encountered elsewhere.

Paired with coffee and oj.
