Coq au vin sandwich

For Patrick's birthday I made coq au vin, which I had never cooked or had before. It takes a long time to prepare (following Julia Child's recipe exactly) but is well worth the time and effort. I chopped up the leftovers and piled them on a toasted sandwich thin with a little manchego. I wish I could eat this sandwich everyday.

I also made this cake, which isn't really a sandwich but it does have a cheesecake "sandwiched" between two layers of red velvet.

  1. I'm French and really laughed at reading your article. Everyone's here HATE that "moule bite" rule, which is completely stupid and ugly. The behavior of the lifguard is not surprising, job is the opportunity for many people with small responsabilites to exercise their power over normal people. This site always helps me in my different custom writing.

  2. I am 100% at your back for this road safety forum you are having. It's a great way of instilling to the people the value of safety when on the road and thus, preventing any accidents from happening. In our country, the rate of minor road writemypapers 4 me reviews accidents seems to rise so this forum would be helpful especially if attended by people mainly using the road for transportation.
