I guess you could call this a sardine salad sandwich. Chopped with red onion, tomato, lemon juice and dijon and topped with spinach, on toasted sourdough.

I had couple other sandwich pics but they didn't come out well so here's a good breakfast I made.

PS. Went back to Mile End since July and tasted two more tasty sandwiches.

    I'm not into fish, really, sort of makes me sick...but that breakfast plate looks awesome!

    I used to love fish, but something happened, I don't remember, but now I can't stand it. It sucks. Oh, well. At least bacon doesn't make me sick.

  2. I love sardines! My dad introduced me to grits & sardines after undergrad (why did he wait so long???) and I went nuts! Mix them in just before the grits have finished cooking.
