Yes! I love this sandwich and make it a lot (except I've never made kimchi myself). Glad to see the sandwiches live on.
Tempeh marinated in some kind of sesame sauce, homemade kimchi (really spicy), cuke, mayo on fancy white bread. So good, makes me miss Portland.
